Alhamdulillah, tanggal 25 nov 2013 genap 2 thun usia perkahwinan sy dan suami. Baru 2thun je kan? Oklah tu, masih sweet n crispy(?). ehe. Sempene dgn anni, sy terpkir nk buat classic cheesecake. Da lame sgt rasenye x mkn cheesecake yg btol2 pure cheese, unbake with simple strawberry topping.
Gelatine func die ntok kentalkn cheese tu ye puan2. Make sure cari yg halal. Brand halagel ade if im not mistaken, teterbaca sumwhere.
Kat cni sy copycat resepi no-bake cheesecake yg sy guna tu.

Ingredients:
300g digestive biscuits
140g melted butter
1 block cream cheese (Philadelphia la sedap)
10g gelatine powder
50g sugar
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
500g or more/less strawberry fruittopping (or apepe yg anda suka)
Sy skip tang topping jell-o sbb sy x guna.
Directions:
Crumble the biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
Press the mixture into a tin to form a base approx 1 inch thick. Store in fridge to let them cool and stick.
Mix cream heese, sugar and vanilla essence til smooth
In separate bowl, sprinkle gelatine over hot water and stir
Add it to cream cheese mixture. Stir
Pour mixture into the tin of biscuits base.
Let them cool in the fridge for about 4hours or more.
Before serve, pour the fruit topping on top, decorate as u wich.
